Self Locking Yokes

Euroyokes:
Introducing the latest innovations in yoke technology, incorporating a host of improved safety features. Yoke widths can be altered, and the quick release facility allows any down cow to speedily released. The use of nylon rollers in the locking mechanism help to keep noise levels to a minimum.

Features of Self Locking Yokes.

Safety mode: all cows can go in and out freely.
One or more cows can be released using latch.
One or more cows can be retained by pegging (pegs not supplied).
Quick release any down cow from lower position
Fully adjustable feed space.
Yoke bar automatically returns to open position.
Nylon drop in catch to minimise noise.
Yoke guard minimise collar.

The above post centres are nominal; by using adjustable end brackets and standard slotted connectors they can be reduced by up to 20mm or increased by up to 30mm.

E.g
7 yoke panel on 100 x 100 SHS posts can be set at 4572mm CRS to match building columns.
To allow Euro Yokes to operate correctly we recommend 610mm from the base of the panel to cow standing floor level (scrape passage). Yokes installed lower than this may fail to engage in locked position. Bases can be either, concrete wall or drop in timber.

These heights are based on the passage being regularly scraped, any bedding build up may affect the yoke operation.

Selloc pin each side of plate allows operating rods to rotate freely, while also locating the rod into position.

Panels c/w adjustable flat brackets to hang off posts or c/w adjustable angle brackets to hang off building columns.

Each panel has an integral operating rod of corresponding length so panels can either operate independently or use connectors to form a run.

Operating handle can be fitted to either end of panel. A maximum of 35 yokes can be operated in one run.

Rotate handle thro 180° & allow to drop thro, so it is always on feed passage side away from cows.
