Installation. Recommended
setup for each individual Super Comfort Cow
Cubicle. |
 |
- Posts must be set into
ground 400mm approx to give suitable
stability to cubicle.
- Set measurements (A) and
(B) for the specified cubicle length from
the heel stone end of the cubicle bed. These
measurements are the two main fixed points
for the cubicle setup.
- Once measurements (A) and
(B) have been setup correctly this will
determine the two measurements (C) and (D).
- Bed length (E), Cubicle
length (F) and headrail measurements (G)
will vary depending on which cubicle setup
is being used. Also check (G1) headrail
measurement.

- All support posts must be
a minimum of 200mm away from centre of
cubicle to centre of post.
- All support posts must be
a distance of 200mm away from centre of post
to inside face of wall.
- If necessary the support
rails may be cut (by customer) to suit
length of cubicle run.
- Post centres will vary to
a maximum of 3050mm depending on cubicle
centres and any position of existing
posts/stanchions.

Fixing a 60mm
dia support rail to a stanchion with the use of
a channel bracket.
Channel bracket sizes: 100 x 50mm, 150 x 75mm,
200 x 75mm. |
