Supreme Cow Cubicle
The Supreme Cubicle is IAE's latest development in cubicles, based on our proven existing Super Comfort design but taken to the next level.
To increase acceptance rates of cows entering cubicles for the first time, we have raised the headrail to 1250mm. This gives the dual advantage of allowing the cow to stand with all four feet on the bed, (instead of having her rear legs in the scrape passage), thus reducing pressure on the rear feet. Furthermore the higher headrail positively encourages the cow to lie down sooner.
In addition we have created a deeper cubicle lop therefore lowering the bottom support rail. In other cubicle designs this lower rail can be seen restricting a cows lunging space when she is rising, as the head dips when the cow lunges to get up.
IAE have remained committed to a post and support rail system, which has proved ver successful and allows the farmer to simply upgrade their cubicle divisions to the latest ideas. Other systems require a completely fresh start with no real advantage other than being different than the competition.

Brisket board (not brisket rail, which will create a hoof trap, below rail and top of mattress) prevents cow from getting too far forward.

Note: Check scraper wing height for heel stone height with auto scraper.
When calculating the Pitch Height for a specific Bed Length we recommend approximately a 4.5mm fall every 100mm length.

Head to Head Supreme Cubicles

Typical head to head cubicle setup using 2000mm long cubicles on a 4560 bed length. If larger beds are required double posts and rails will be needed.
