Which models are licensed for two persons? Sportsman 500EFI Quad, Sportsman X2, Scrambler 500 Quad & Trailboss 330Quad Accessories, what can be legally fitted? You are able to fit various accessories, however, any accessory that obstructs the lighting (brush guards and rear bumpers) should not be fitted. Winches, hand guards, windscreens and cargo boxes are all acceptable. It is important to be aware that with every accessory fitted to the quadricycle you will be increasing the weight of the bike and therefore handling may be altered. How old do passengers have to be to ride on the back of a 2 up Quadricycle? This is open to your judgement. It should be someone who is able to adequately hold on in a safe manner. Can you tow a trailer? No, quadricycles are not homologated for towing trailers. You can tow a trailer if the vehicle is used off road and on private land. Do you have to wear a crash helmet? No, but we strongly recommend that you do wear a crash helmet and other safety clothing (jacket, boots, gloves and goggles) How can I make the Quadricycle go faster? You should not alter the performance of the machine in any way as you will potentially leave yourself open to prosecution. You will also risk invalidating your warranty by altering the performance of the quadricycle. Does a quadricycle require an M.O.T?
