Price
All prices are displayed in Pounds sterling and some are inclusive of VAT and some are ex VAT (value added tax). All delivery prices are for delivery to mainland UK, unless otherwise stated.
Prices fluctuate, therefore please call for the current price. The prices will be confirmed when an order is placed. All prices displayed exclude delivery.

Payment
We accept all major debit and credit cards. These include Mastercard, Visa, Switch or Delta.

Brian Llewelyn a'i Ferched also accepts cheques made payable to Brian Llewelyn a'i Ferched. Items will only be despatched to a customer on receipt of cleared funds in the event of payment by cheque or authorisation by your credit card provider. We also accept electronic bank transfer.

We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any order submitted whether or not the order has been confirmed. If your payment has already been processed and we subsequently cancel your order, we will immediately issue a refund for the full value of the amount processed.

Delivery
All orders are dispatched via a range of methods to ensure you pay the correct costs. Please note that some delivery items will require a signature on arrival.

We will endeavour to dispatch all orders promptly within 24 hours and delivery is usually 3-4 working days. If your order is especially urgent please tell us and we will do our best to act quickly and arrange next day delivery. On rare occasions some items may be out of stock, but we will notify you of the estimated arrival date so you can decide whether or not to proceed with the order.

Cancellation Policy.
Orders may be cancelled within 7 working days of an order being placed and /or within 7 working days of goods received. Cancellations are only accepted if the customer phones our customer services on 01239 891618 to obtain a cancellation number. A cancellation number can only be obtained before the order has been dispatched.
If your order has been dispatched prior to the cancellation, the return procedure as defined below will apply and you will be issued with a RMA number. If the procedure is not respected, the order will be considered valid and the customer will remain liable for the full payment.

Returns policy
Orders may be returned within 7 working days after the goods were received for a full credit or refund in the following circumstances:

Item is in new condition with original packaging.
Item was received damaged or defective.
Incorrect item was shipped.
To process your return you will need a RMA number for the goods by calling our customer services number on 01239 891618 before sending.

• You have obtained a RMA number for the goods before sending.
• Goods must be returned within 7 working days of delivery.
• Goods returned must be received in as new condition with original packaging.
• Carriage costs for returning the goods will be your responsibility.
• Goods remain your responsibility during transit and until signed for by us.

We're sorry, but we do not accept returns of opened items or items returned more than 7 working days after delivery and / or goods returned without a valid RMA.
All refunds will be processed within 30 days from when you notify us of cancellation of the order. However, we are usually able to issue refunds within 5-7 working days from when the goods have been returned.

Faulty Goods
If it is agreed that the goods have been delivered faulty or damaged we will offer you a refund OR a replacement.

Accuracy of product details and specifications.
Brian Llewelyn a'i Ferched will not accept responsibility / liability for representations made by a third party for products features or suitability for a particular use. (E.g. Manufacturers, magazine articles, Internet, etc.). Brian Llewelyn a'i Ferched does not guarantee the accuracy of the information published on this web site and will not be responsible for any damages resulting in reliance on the information contained within the site. Please check with manufacturer if full product specifications is required.
